The Path to Wellness

Sahaja Yoga Meditation launches global wellness initiative

In May this year from Tuesday the 3rd until Sunday the 7th, Sahaja Yoga International will be holding a series of free meditation and wellness sessions at advertised venues countrywide. Event details will be published in newspapers, and on radio and television.

Twice Nobel Peace Prize nominee and founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, passed away on February 23rd this year, and is recognised by many as the greatest spiritual figure of our age. It is said that Mahatma Gandhi recognised her extraordinary spiritual gifts as a young girl. In the 1970’s following her breakthrough in developing a method of giving en-masse self-realisation she began her work in London.

Even as a young girl Mahatma Gandhi sought her advice on spiritual matters

Learn to meditate for free and    enjoy the benefits. Sahaja Yoga is established in over 100 countries, and is now a central feature in countless corporate and educational wellness programmes globally, in the healing programmes of doctors in London, Sydney and Delhi, and in free weekly meditation sessions in cities and towns around the world.

Hundreds of thousands have already attested to the state of self realisation, as a reality, and an actual happening, and not a theory or “impossible vision”.  People from all walks of life, backgrounds and creeds have found a home in this simple and universal meditation.

The central breakthrough of Sahaja Yoga reveals that all disease and stress-related illness are the result of unbalanced, or stressed, left and right sympathetic channels, (See image right). The left and right channels, governed by the sympathetic nervous system represent the emotional, and active (physical, or mental) states.

" There is no use having blind faith … but you should be open like scientists … you have to feel it on your central nervous system." Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi – 14 September 1990, Hammersmith, UK.

altDuring the brief and simple meditation session the subtle energy is brought to the centre, or central channel, and stress on the emotional and active channels, are remarkably, removed. Relief is immediate. High blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and heart disease, as well as depression and anxiety, anger and fear are  gradually relieved. The central nervous system is recharged. Alcoholism, drug addiction and all kinds of personal problems are miraculously dissolved as a new inner balance, health and strength takes root.

In the week from Tuesday 2 May until Sunday 8 May, volunteers will be at (fill in dates, times), to give, free of charge, advice on meditation, and to take you through a simple meditation process. Follow-up programmes will be held in most major cities.

We urge those who are seeking change and to heal themselves, to take up this offer and attend these public programmes. This is truly a unique opportunity.  At the event you will be guided by a normal, friendly and helpful group of people in trying this remarkable and simple technique for wellness.
